Power Platform Engineer

Location: Farmers Branch, TX Near Dallas Innovation Center

Job Summary

We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is ideal for an early-career developer/engineer who is growing into AI-enabled solution delivery and can contribute to configuration, development, testing, documentation, and production support under the guidance of senior technical resources.

The engineer will work with an established onshore team that includes Product Owners, Data Engineers, Infrastructure Architects, and other technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with building and configuring Microsoft 365 and Power Platform-based AI and automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, application components, connector configurations, and agent experiences.
  • Support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
  • Participate in unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
  • Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and automation issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support materials.
  • Help develop and maintain reusable components following established coding and configuration standards.
  • Work with senior developers and architects to implement enterprise design patterns.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and operational stabilization of enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Infrastructure Architects, and other technology teams.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, application development, or automation.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and application integration.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and work within established design and development patterns.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise development practices.
