Job description

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands on .NET Developer with Azure and AI exposure to build and enhance automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking. The role focuses on transitioning workflows from semi automated to fully automated systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking
Develop APIs and backend services using C# / .NET
Implement and maintain Azure-based automation solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
Enable transition from semi automated to fully automated workflows
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying C# / Python code to Azure environments
Develop or integrate AI Agents / AI-driven capabilities for automation and decision support
Ensure high availability and redundancy so workflows are not dependent on individuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tooling and improve operational efficiency
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for tracking and insights
Required Skills
Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core for backend development
Hands on experience with Azure services (preferably Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
Experience building REST APIs and automation frameworks
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or AI Agents (LLMs, automation, or orchestration frameworks)
Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup (Azure DevOps or similar)
