RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:
  1. Install, configure, maintain, update, and support physical servers, virtual environments, cloud-hosted systems, storage systems, custom apps, and supporting infrastructure.
  2. Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  3. Manage identity and access management processes including user provisioning, multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, break-glass, and security groups.
  4. Maintain and support the company's computers, devices, printers, and email system including related software and employee onboarding.
  5. Develop, maintain, test, and document backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for critical business systems.
  6. Monitor server health, performance, capacity, and availability.
  7. Maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
  8. Evaluate, purchase, and provision hardware, software, and technology solutions.
  9. Coordinate with vendors for IT-related products, services, support, repairs and replacements.
  10. Maintain IT inventories, server documentation, software licensing records, configuration documentation, IT policies, procedures, and technical information.
  11. Collaborate with software development team to support internally developed solutions.
  12. Support virtualization platforms (VMware), endpoint management systems, patch management software, MDM (Intune), and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  13. Participate in vulnerability remediation, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery testing, internal audit remediation, and incident response activities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, infrastructure support, MSFT stack, and related IT roles.

KNOWEDLEGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies, backup systems, cloud platforms, identity management systems, and monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity and system administration best practices.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED:

Computers, handhelds, tablets, printers, servers, scanners, backups, and related hardware and software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Hand-eye coordination for typing and equipment maintenance. Ability to sit for extended periods, regularly stand, walk between buildings, talk, hear, and see. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
