Nous recherchons une personne autonome, rigoureuse et à l'aise dans ADP Workforce Now, avec une solide expérience en paie et en administration des avantages sociaux.

Responsabilités principales
  • Gérer le cycle complet de la paie pour les employés salariés et horaires au Canada.
  • Traiter les feuilles de temps et assurer l’exactitude des données salariales.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers employés dans ADP Workforce Now.
  • Assurer la conformité des processus de paie avec les normes provinciales et fédérales.
  • Administrer les saisies salariales, les relevés d’emploi, les remises gouvernementales et les formulaires fiscaux.
  • Participer aux activités de fin de mois et de fin d’année, incluant la production des T4.
  • Gérer les programmes d’assurances collectives et répondre aux questions des employés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des ressources humaines et des finances afin d’assurer l’exactitude des dossiers, rapports et informations de paie.
  • Produire différents rapports liés à la paie, aux avantages sociaux et aux suivis internes.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de confidentialité, de précision et de professionnalisme.
Profil recherché
  • Minimum de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion complète de la paie.
  • Expérience obligatoire avec ADP Workforce Now.
  • Expérience avec une structure WFN utilisant un code compagnie à 3 chiffres.
  • Bonne connaissance des réglementations canadiennes en matière de paie, incluant CNESST, WSIB, WCB, etc.
  • Expérience en administration des avantages sociaux.
  • Expérience avec les processus de fin d’année.
  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in payroll and benefits administration, as well as a solid knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for salaried and hourly employees across Canada.
  • Process timesheets and ensure payroll data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
  • Administer wage garnishments, records of employment, government remittances and tax forms.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end activities, including T4 preparation.
  • Manage group insurance programs and respond to employee questions.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll records, reports and data are accurate.
  • Prepare various reports related to payroll, benefits and internal follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
Profile
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience managing full-cycle payroll.
  • Mandatory experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience with a WFN structure using a 3-digit company code.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, including CNESST, WSIB, WCB, etc.
  • Experience with benefits administration.
  • Experience with year-end payroll processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and priority-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet and service-oriented.
  • Bilingual French/English, both spoken and written.
