As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CRM-based solutions for our clients or internal teams. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications.
    • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that team members are aligned with project priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for project kick-off, status updates, and reviews.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment to drive results and meet project objectives.
    • Mentor and support team members, ensuring that everyone has the resources and guidance needed to contribute to the project's success.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues that could impact project timelines, quality, or budget.
    • Develop mitigation plans and coordinate resources to resolve obstacles quickly and effectively.
    • Maintain a risk register and communicate any significant risks to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations through effective testing and validation.
    • Monitor project progress and suggest improvements to processes, methodologies, and tools as needed.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify lessons learned for future projects.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs remain within scope and approved limits.
    • Oversee project resource planning and allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for project needs.
