Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support build and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems aligning with organizational goals and standard methodologies. Platforms include Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platform
  • Drive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems or modules, optimize existing systems for efficiency and user experience, and develop custom applications, extensions, or integrations as necessary
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
  • Understand and help manage system infrastructure
  • Stay updated on new technologies, lead the building of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems, and mentor team members to foster growth and innovation
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems. or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.
  • Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.
  • Deep expertise in Azure DevOps(pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in finance, engineering, information technology, or computer science.
