Job description

Position: Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce & D365 Project Operations

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract
Note:
Good to have Prior knowledge of CPQ but not mandatory.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and exposure to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze systems, and support implementations or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to D365 Project Operations and Salesforce.
  • Work with technical teams to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities for Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.
  • Support integration between Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
  • Create process documentation, user stories, use cases, and system design documents.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 ears of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations is mandatory.
  • Exposure to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation or support of D365 Project Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of business process mapping and system design methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data migration or system integration between Salesforce and Dynamics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Any Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce certifications.
