  • DevOps Engineer will work within the DevOps Engineering team to support various CLIENT Digital engineering teams in their efforts to develop, build, test, and deploy their solutions to the cloud.
    Typical task breakdown:
    Typical tasks include managing AWS IAM, troubleshooting Client / Cloud connection issues, and working with engineers on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tasks.
    Interaction with team:
    DevOps Engineers meet internally regularly via a standup meeting and then are assigned to support specific Digital engineering teams that are the single point of contact for support from the DevOps team.
    Required Technical Skills:
    At least 5 or more years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role
    At least 5 or more years of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud experience
    Proficient with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and YAML-based continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems.
    Proficient writing and deploying Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation templates.
    Strong AWS experience with MLOps & AI services (e.g. SageMaker Notebooks, Bedrock, ECS/EKS, & IAM)
    Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
    Associate or Professional-level AWS and/or Azure certifications related to DevOps, Development, or Architecture.
    Proficiency with AWS firewall and network configuration.

    Responsibilities:
    As a DevOps Engineer you will contribute to design, development, testing and deployment of software systems and/or applications.
    Competent to perform all programming, project management, and development assignments without close supervision; normally assigned the more complex aspects of systems work.
    Works directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
    Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
    Drives application development focused around delivering business valuable features
    Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
    Identifies and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
    Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness
    Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
    Worker is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Client management from time to time.

Required Qualifications:
