Role: Sr. Systems Administrator

Serenity Healthcareย 

Location: Lehi, UTย

THE OPPORTUNITYย 

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to own and improve the technology foundation behind a growing, multi-site healthcare organization. This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker who can balance security, automation, end-user support, infrastructure reliability, and practical business needs.ย ย 

ย WHAT YOU WILL OWNย 

  • Administration and optimization of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, Purview, Intune, and Autopilot, including identity, access, endpoint compliance, security, and lifecycle management.ย 
  • Live a cloud native life with Ubiquiti Unifi sites, Entra joined devices, and RMM through Atera and Splashtop / Rustdesk.ย 
  • Support a technology environment spanning Azure, AWS EC2, SQL Server, becoming an expert in eClinicalWorks systems management.ย 
  • Provide configuration and updates to our core SaaS systems: ActiveCampaign, Dialpad, Monday.com, DataWatch/PDK/Avigilon, WordPress, and others.ย 
  • Automate provisioning, reporting, support, and administrative workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Python, and SQL.ย 
  • Own escalated Windows and Mac desktop support, licensing, VPN access, printers, scanners, application deployment, and practical troubleshooting across corporate and clinic operations.ย 
  • Monitor system health, investigate security or reliability issues, maintain clear documentation, and strengthen standards for access, configuration, patching, backups, and recovery.ย 
  • Partner with Security, Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and other business teams to translate needs into secure, supportable technology solutions.ย 
  • Manage vendors and platform relationships while identifying opportunities to simplify the environment, reduce manual work, and improve the employee experience.ย 
  • Participate in buildout out of new clinics and providing the necessary technologyย 

WHAT YOU BRINGย

  • Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft cloud and endpoint environments.ย 
  • Demonstrated ability to script and automate systems.ย 
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, SaaS administration, endpoint support, security controls, relational databases, and backup or recovery practices.ย 
  • Build trust and relationships across the company and mentor junior team membersย 
  • A practical, service-minded approach with the judgment to troubleshoot urgent issues, communicate clearly, document decisions, and prevent problems from recurring.ย 
  • Ability to operate as an owner in a fast-moving environment, prioritize competing needs, and carry work from diagnosis through implementation and follow-through.ย
