Position Summary
Hourly Rate: $60-$65 an hour - Remote in PST
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist II with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support identity governance, access management, compliance, and automation initiatives. This role will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application teams, and business stakeholders to enhance identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security controls.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and enhance SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Support identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Implement and improve access reviews, certifications, RBAC, and entitlement governance.
  • Develop workflows, automation, reporting, and provisioning processes.
  • Support SOX compliance reporting, audit activities, and access governance initiatives.
  • Implement and manage machine identity governance, including service account oversight.
  • Configure and support SailPoint integrations, connectors, identity sources, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
  • Improve identity data quality, account correlation, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver IAM solutions and support application onboarding.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, IdentityNow, or IdentityIQ.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access reviews, and certifications.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, entitlement management, and access governance.
  • Experience supporting SOX compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and directory services.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SailPoint certifications.
  • Experience with machine identity governance and privileged account management.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
