Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Contract: 12 month

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Pay: 55$ - 63$ an hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to help protect enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and business-critical systems. This individual will work cross-functionally with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to identify security risks, implement controls, and respond to security incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve enterprise security posture
  • Configure and maintain security tools and technologies
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation
  • Investigate security alerts and incidents
  • Assist with IAM and access management
  • Support compliance initiatives and security audits
  • Recommend improvements to security architecture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar
  • Knowledge of Azure or AWS security
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
  • Understanding of NIST or CIS frameworks
  • Security certifications are a plus (Security+, CISSP, AZ-500)
