What success looks like in this role:
The Azure Solution Leader is a senior, client-facing architecture and strategy role responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and market positioning of Azure-based solutions across a global client base. This individual blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to define solution strategy, shape go-to-market offerings and enable sales and delivery teams to execute effectively.
Acting as a bridge between architecture, sales, partners, and delivery, the Azure Solution Leader translates market opportunities and client needs into scalable, differentiated cloud solutions that drive revenue growth and align with organizational financial objectives.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the architectural vision and strategy for Azure-based solutions, aligning offerings with market demand and organizational growth objectives.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to identify opportunities, define solution roadmaps, and enable go-to-market campaigns.
  • Evaluate current Azure capabilities and define future-state service offerings that expand revenue and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with Hyperscaler (Azure) stakeholders to stay aligned on new services, capabilities, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Support strategic deals by shaping solution strategy, contributing to proposals, and presenting to executive stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reusable solution frameworks, collateral, and enablement materials to empower sales and delivery teams.
  • Provide architectural leadership across complex, global engagements, ensuring alignment between client requirements, technical design, and delivery execution.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments (technical, financial, and operational) for new solutions and offerings.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to evolve implementation approaches, improve scalability, and incorporate new Azure innovations into service delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across global teams, ensuring consistency in solution positioning, messaging, and execution.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's preferred).
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering Azure-based solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, migration strategies, and modern infrastructure design.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across sales, marketing, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience developing solution roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and service offerings.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience supporting large, complex deals and working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure partner ecosystem, programs, and co-sell motions preferred.
