We are expanding our customer success team to support our industry-leading Dispatch platform, and we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft DevOps Engineer to help modernize and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving deployment reliability, infrastructure scalability, security, and operational efficiency across our engineering platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to streamline deployments
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards
  • Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and cloud-related issues
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines
  • Experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
