Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking an experienced Power Platform Tooling Development Manager to lead the Strategic Investment Management (SIM) Tooling Services within the Executive Director's Office (EDO) of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This critical role will oversee the implementation and management of IT tools designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve data management, and support strategic decision-making across the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

The SIM office plays a pivotal role in business transformation, facilitating IT governance and business architecture to align with VHA's healthcare needs and priorities. As a leader in this space, you will ensure that tooling solutions streamline processes and provide actionable insights to support key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and Dynamics 365, along with expertise in DevOps, .NET and SQL database management. Duties may include:

  • Lead the development, deployment, and management of SIM tooling services, aligning them with VHA's strategic goals and business needs.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of tools within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, to enhance business processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement DevOps practices, leveraging Azure DevOps for automation, infrastructure management, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
  • Utilize SQL database management to ensure robust data handling and integrity within VHA IT systems and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including VHA leadership and project teams, to ensure that tooling solutions support critical business processes and align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership, focusing on project outcomes, risk assessments, and future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and contribute to budgeting processes, Multi-Year Planning (MYP), and alignment with VHA and VA requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, .NET and Dynamics 365.
