Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide technical guidance on M365 projects. The role involves overseeing project development, mentoring team members, and designing scalable M365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance on M365 projects (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Serve as the technical lead, ensuring high-quality delivery and resolving technical challenges.
• Mentor and support team members, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Design and implement innovative M365 solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be available to work 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (non-negotiable).
