Who we are lookingfor:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer. Someone who is passionate about providing technical solutions to complex business challenges, embracing Azure AD for cloud-based identity services, and supporting an active directory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User account provisioning, group and MS Teams administration
  • In-Tune mobile device management, being an integral resource for interesting projects & consistently improving processes with automation through PowerShell, Flow and APIs.
  • Manage and maintain the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive,
  • Ensure system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users
  • Responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features
  • Establish and perform the O365 best practices
  • Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations
  • Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives
  • Perform product testing and integration testing
  • Identify security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft “cloud” solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Requires demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
