Job Description: Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Component assembly with UV cured epoxy
Responsible for processing work orders for the manufacture of optical components
Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements of the job function
Adhere to ISO9000 requirements including ESD, work area cleanliness, maintenance and calibration of equipment and work instruction adherence
Attend in daily team stand-up meetings
Participate in improvement events (such as Kaizen, 5S, Practical Process Improvement)
Maintain a safe working environment, following established 5S procedures
Experience Requirements:
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required
โ€ข No prior experience required
โ€ข Detailed oriented
โ€ข Computer knowledge a must
โ€ข Show ability to work with small parts under microscope using tweezers and other small tools
