Summary
The AYS Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and in-room dining orders. This role ensures exceptional guest service by responding efficiently to calls, coordinating with hotel departments, and following up on all requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Answer and respond to guest calls promptly and professionally, providing solutions or dispatching service requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs, documenting and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Take in-room dining orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Accurately input and process orders through the Point of Sale system, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, guest request tracking, and daily communication records for each shift.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and area services.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding guest requests, ensuring completion before shift end.
  • Follow established emergency procedures and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security of all guest and hotel information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and operational standards.
