Are you passionate about skin health and helping clients look and feel their best? [Medical Spa Name] is looking for a talented Esthetician / Master Esthetician to join our team and deliver exceptional results in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments
• Operate laser and light-based devices as applicable (hair removal, IPL, resurfacing) — Master Esthetician license required for advanced modalities
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and build customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend medical-grade products
• Maintain detailed, accurate client charting and treatment records
• Uphold strict sanitation, safety, and infection-control protocols
• Build lasting client relationships and support retention through rebooking
• Collaborate with nurse injectors, providers, and front desk staff for a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
• Active Esthetician license required; Master Esthetician license preferred/required (state-dependent)
• Skilled in advanced treatments: chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser/light devices (training provided as needed)
