Our proprietary growing platform, developed by our technology subsidiary, Infinite Acres, provides our teams with real-time data and control over every aspect of the growing environment-making our farms among the most advanced in the world. We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands.

The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for responsible individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in being a part of a company that is changing the way the world eats. You will support the mission by packing salad kit ingredients with care and thoroughness and mixing salad dressings. You will learn organizational skills as well as good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and the safety of our team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Packaging product according to specifications
  • Direct responsibility for preparing dressings according to approved recipes and specifications
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when weighing, measuring, and documenting ingredients
  • Accurately complete all required production and quality records
  • Operating packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work area routinely
  • Following good manufacturing practices to ensure continuous safety and efficiency
  • Reporting all possible deficiencies or practices to the Supervisor that could compromise food safety
  • Other duties as assigned
Environment:
  • Schedule: 4-10 hour days (may include one weekend day)
  • Repetitive motion throughout the shift
  • Exposure to 39 degree temperature (in Leafy pack) throughout the shift
What You Bring
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
  • Capacity to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
  • Willingness to learn to operate machinery
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule that may include one weekend day shift
  • Ability to provide proof of work eligibility through E-Verify
  • Must be at least 18 years old
