We currently have openings for a Microbiology Lab Technician I to join our Corporate Microbiology team at our headquarters in Westfield, Wisconsin! (Just under an hour from Madison, Stevens Point, and Oshkosh)

You will be a key member of our Microbiology team at the corporate headquarters, responsible for conducting critical microbiological food testing and analyzing product and environmental samples in our A2LA ISO 17025 accredited food microbiology laboratory. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, this lab supports daily operations to ensure food safety across all of our products.

What You'll Do- Making a difference in what you do!

  • Collect and test product and environmental samples following proper Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs)
  • Identify potential food safety concerns early and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with senior lab technicians and management to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality microbiology lab
  • Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to drive company-wide success

Schedule:

  • 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday shifts may be required, with flexibility to adjust days as necessary)
