Job description

Located at a private surgery center and andrology laboratory. No nights, weekends or holidays.
Career REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5years of experience as a micro-surgical technician
  • Expert level experience with instrument sterilization and use of autoclave
  • Expert level experience setting up and closing a microsurgery operating room
  • Experience & comfortability with Apple products/MAC computers
Opportunity Information:
  • Pay range: $35-40/hr depending on experience
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday availability from 6am - 4pm.
  • Surgery schedule varies every day but is typically provided via your online schedule at least two weeks in advance.
  • See shift time durations below:
    • Morning surgery: 6am - 1pm
    • Double surgery day: 6am - 4pm
    • Afternoon surgery: 10am - 4pm
Day to day in this position:
  • Assisting in microsurgery for two different surgeons
  • Sterilizing & maintaining surgical instruments with autoclave
  • Maintaining OR supplies & back stock
  • Restocking OR & OR Storage rooms
  • Provide support to Surgeon, Lead Nurse & Circulation Nurse, per shift
  • Uniform: Scrubs to be worn daily
