Description
Under general supervision, the Graphic Designer creates and maintains a wide variety of print and digital marketing materials. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to create custom designs for our product materials, vertical campaigns and dealer collateral.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field or extensive graphic design experience in a professional environment.
  • 1+ years of professional design experience with an excellent portfolio of work.
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and PowerPoint.
  • Have a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
  • Ability to concept new designs based off of previous work and/or style guides.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-starter. Takes responsibility to solve problems and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment while managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Experience with digital and 4-color printing processes and pre-press printing preparation.
  • Extremely strong written communication skills.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Work with Marketing team to create and maintain existing product materials for customers and internal departments. Utilize templates, paragraph styles, master pages as needed.
  2. Develop materials aimed at new verticals, with unique products and services.
  3. Regularly make updates and changes to the DMP website, including the development and execution of dedicated landing pages and micro sites to support campaign execution. Create events and product pages, upload resources, etc.
  4. Maintain existing designs and create new designs (including logos and templates) as requested.
  5. Utilize Department task management software to track projects to ensure follow-through.
  6. Manages & maintains equipment, computers & software necessary for the creation of literature.
  7. Creates, develops & generates presentation materials/graphics in a MAC environment.
  8. Observes and adheres to DMP Data Classification Standard.
  9. Observes corporate policies. Contributes to the team by performing other duties as assigned.
