Expertise in SAP testing leadership (SIT/UAT), ALM tools (OpenText/Micro Focus/SAP Solution Manager), SAP MM & Supply Chain, ERP transformations, and pharma/biotech domain with strong stakeholder management.
Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead & ALM Facilitator to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative within a biotech/pharmaceutical environment. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing strategy, managing ALM tools, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SIT and UAT phases.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP testing strategy and execution across SIT and UAT cycles
  • Configure and administer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, including user support
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks, playbooks, and QA standards
  • Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional and global teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure quality assurance processes align with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership
  • Oversee test data preparation and validation processes

Required

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Test Lead in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with ALM tools such as OpenText ALM, Micro Focus ALM, or SAP Solution Manager
  • Deep understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation or implementation projects
  • Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device industries
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in onsite/hybrid environments with travel flexibility

Preferred

  • SAP certifications or advanced technical credentials
