Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Task from Program/Project Engineers
- Internal communications from Engineering team
- Understanding and carrying out all tasks given by the Engineer Team
- Collaborating with Engineering Team in New Product Development and sustaining Engineering activities
- Basic understanding B/P requirements
- Updating CAD drawings according to Engineering Team requirements
- Providing consistent and accurate data entry of items for MRP system (EPICOR)
- Creating and updating Engineering Documentation guidelines (MIB creation)
- Participating in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience with personal computer (PC) software applications (ex: word processing, spreadsheet, data management, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple divisions
- Ability to lead a project to produce successful outcomes
- Ability to interface with Customers (external and internal) in a manner consistent with MII’s goals
