Our fast-paced department requires excellent multitasking skills. While experience is a plus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to policy servicing, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Review, process, and update policy documentation while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear, timely resolutions to customer issues by researching policy details and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and policy transactions in the company systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and consistently meeting service-level standards.
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying common customer pain points and sharing feedback with the Policy Servicing team.
