Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) often encounter challenges such as managing conflicting perspectives among family members, navigating sensitive or deeply rooted issues, and maintaining a neutral, supportive environment. Effective MFTs use strong communication skills, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and establish clear boundaries to help clients feel heard and respected.
