Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Role Details

  • Location: Virginia
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LMFT position gives you the opportunity to support clients through relationship concerns, family stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. You will provide structured virtual therapy, create treatment goals, and help clients build healthier communication and coping skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions
  • Assess client needs and create treatment plans
  • Provide support for couples, families, and individual clients
  • Document sessions and progress notes on time
  • Identify risk concerns and follow proper protocols
  • Maintain a confidential remote therapy space

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
