Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Utah
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Job

We're looking for a Utah-licensed LMFT to provide therapy through telehealth. You'll work with individuals, couples, and families who may be dealing with relationship difficulties, family concerns, communication problems, or changes in their personal lives. The role is focused on scheduled client sessions and managing your caseload from a remote setting. You'll also handle the clinical records and follow-up that come with ongoing therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online
  • Discuss client concerns and determine the main areas to address
  • Set practical goals with clients and choose appropriate therapeutic approaches
  • Help clients work through relationship conflict, family concerns, stress, and emotional difficulties

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Active LMFT license in Utah
