In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic practices, including but not limited to the following:

• Conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address various issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Providing treatment strategies for blended families, separation, divorce adjustments, and various medical or job-related stressors.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapy methods to customize treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Our patient population is diverse, spanning from adults to child and adolescent clients. As an LMFT, you will work with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, ensuring that each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique situations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the state of Georgia.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
