As a remote-based therapist, you will seamlessly connect with clients through tele-therapy platforms and digital resources, ensuring accessibility for those in need. • Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family psychosocial needs to develop individualized care plans.
• Prioritize work based on the urgency of patient needs, including assessments for new, current, and discharging patients.
• Diagnose and treat an array of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize brief solution-focused therapy approaches and apply harm reduction strategies in appropriate situations.
• Provide support during crisis situations, grief processes, and employ social work interventions as required.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of clients and staff alike.

Your primary focus will be on diverse families, couples, and individuals who face varied mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma-related stress. Your expertise will guide clients through complex situations while offering empathetic support and actionable solutions tailored to their unique experiences.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Minimum three years of experience in clinical practice with a focus on family therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy practices.
• Experience in applying cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
• Background in addressing social determinants of health related to mental health outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
