Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. • Individual and Family Therapy: Deliver personalized therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. You will address issues related to relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, anxiety management, depression, and grief, employing therapeutic interventions that suit each client’s unique needs.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, perform diagnostic evaluations, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific concerns and goals of the client.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize an array of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and structural family therapy, to drive effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate integrated client care. Your role will involve regular case consultations to ensure holistic treatment plans are implemented effectively.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain precise clinical documentation in line with state regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies. Your attention to detail will support the timely processing of client records and insurance claims.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide timely crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute distress. Your skills in crisis management will ensure clients receive immediate help when needed.
• Supervision and Mentorship: If applicable, offer guidance and support to clinical interns or less experienced therapists, fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from varying backgrounds and life experiences. • Education: A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting is preferred.

• Specializations: Candidates with experience in trauma recovery, family therapy, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling will be favored.
• Skills: Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and a strong commitment to ethical practice is essential.
• Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to providing equitable therapy services to all client backgrounds.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
