As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish clients' mental health status, identifying underlying issues that require targeted intervention.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitating engaging and constructive individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional healing and resilience.
• Collaborating actively with peers through routine team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Tracking and documenting client progress meticulously to maintain ethical standards and facilitate informed clinical decisions.
• Providing teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual interaction.
• Participating in continuing education opportunities to remain proficient in best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and those identifying within the LGBTQIA community. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with couples, children, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the holistic needs of each client. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current state-issued LMFT license.
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience with individuals, couples, or families.
• Demonstrable experience in working with children, adolescents, and families to support a wide range of mental health issues.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and those with specific needs related to trauma recovery.
• Skills in providing therapy for clients of color and LGBTQIA individuals, enhancing our inclusivity commitments.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
