Location: Rhode Island
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth opportunity supporting clients throughout Rhode Island. The role centers on consistent session delivery, measurable treatment planning, and clear clinical documentation. This is a structured weekday position designed for clinicians who prefer predictable hours and focused outpatient work.
Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual and/or relational, based on caseload needs)
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish clinical direction
  • Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Rhode Island telehealth guidelines
  • Complete risk assessments and implement safety planning when required
  • Coordinate referrals and care collaboration as clinically appropriate

Requirements
  • Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
