Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Blaine, MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
Provide therapy via telehealth to Minnesota clients while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You'll focus on assessment, structured sessions, and consistent documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver telehealth therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
  • Create and maintain treatment plans
  • Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR
  • Attend consults and clinical meetings
  • Follow risk and escalation procedures

Requirements
  • Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
  • Master's degree in a mental health discipline
  • Therapy experience preferred
