Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients through clear communication and empathy.
• Accurately diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting these plans as needed based on therapy progress.
• Conduct regular sessions with individuals, couples, and groups, facilitating discussions that promote healing and self-discovery.
• Utilize assessment tools to gauge patient progress and adjust therapeutic strategies effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Make appropriate referrals to specialists as necessary, connecting clients with additional resources to support their mental health journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
