Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hill Top Mental Health, you will:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for couples while also supporting individual sessions to comprehensively understand the dynamics in therapy.
  • Address a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, trauma (both physical and psychological), grief and loss, and familial conflicts.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist patients experiencing job stress, medical issues, separation and divorce, conflicts among family members, and more.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and engage in periodic reviews with peers to enhance clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus
