MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR (Brooklyn Army Terminal 11220)

Starting Pay: $27 – $28/hr.


JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards

• Monitor production schedules, workflows, and output efficiency

• Assign tasks, adjust staffing, and manage resources as needed

• Train and support team members on processes and equipment

• Monitor product quality and address performance issues

• Review production instructions and communicate expectations clearly

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions

• Track performance metrics and support continuous improvements

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams

• Lead team meetings and maintain communication across shifts

• Support onboarding, training, and performance management processes

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation


REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles
