Job description

Vancouver Clinic is looking for aFront DeskRepresentativeto join our teamatour 87thlocation.Tobe successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.Responsibilities can include providingexcellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collectingco-pays,obtainingand completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and schedulingappointments.If youcanmultitask, work well with others as part of a team,andmaintaina positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location:87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hiring rangegenerally between$18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experiencerequired.

  • Minimum of 1 year ofmedicalfrontoffice experience preferred.

  • Experience with Epic preferred.

  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

  • Strong computerkeyboardingskillsrequired.
