Job description

Position Summary
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), is seeking to fill full-time faculty positions in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine to work at the MFA, an independent, non-profit clinical practice group and/or the Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, which serves the District's population, mainly in Wards 7 and 8.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent patient care and participating in administrative duties, teaching learners, and pursuing scholarly interests. Those with subspecialty expertise and/or fellowship training are invited to apply. Regular and Limited Service faculty appointments to these full-time, non-tenure track academic and community-based positions will be made at an academic rank (instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, full professor) commensurate with experience.
Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be board certified in Anesthesiology, or in the certification process and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.
