Job Overview

  • Work Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Acute Care
  • Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
  • Schedule: Mostly Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday
  • Shift: No nights, no on-call
  • Salary-$91,000-$118,000
  • Vendor fee-$3640-$4720
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy to improve mobility, function, and pain management
  • Use therapeutic techniques and equipment (e.g., ultrasound, heat therapy, etc.)
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff
  • Assist with prosthetics and orthotics fitting and adjustments
  • Track patient progress and update care plans accordingly
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Active Physical Therapy license (state-specific)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
