The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the calibration of tools, creating AS9100 inspection forms, generating bubble drawings using DISCUS 2024 software, and conducting receiving inspections to ensure incoming materials meet specifications

This role ensures compliance with industry standards and supports overall quality assurance processes within the organization. This position is subject to ITAR requirements which require incumbents to be a U.S. Person (Citizen, lawful permanent resident, a protected individual per 8 U.S.C

1324(a)(3)) QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, metrology, or a related field within an aerospace, or precision manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems. Experience with calibration processes and maintaining calibration records.

Experience performing receiving inspections and working with suppliers to resolve non-conformances. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T in accordance with ANSI Y14.5. Familiarity with First Article paperwork

Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines Must be willing and able to work daily overtime (possibly some Saturdays). Must work with safety as the highest priority. JOB DUTIES Coordinate and manage the calibration process for inspection tools and measurement equipment, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Maintain accurate records of calibration schedules and certifications. Develop and maintain AS9100-compliant inspection forms utilizing DISCUS 2024 software to generate detailed bubble drawings for inspection and manufacturing purposes. Perform receiving inspections of incoming materials and components to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and purchase order requirements.

Document and report non-conformances, working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues. Interpret engineering drawings, parts list, and specifications to ensure proper documentation and compliance. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and records related to metrology and inspections.

Continuously improve processes related to quality inspection, calibration, and documentation.
