JOB DESCRIPTION

Los Campeones Meals is a fast‑growing meal‑prep company operating inside the Los Campeones Gym franchise. We cook out of licensed commissary kitchens across the metro and produce fresh, scratch‑made, macro‑friendly meals for gym members and the broader community.

We’re looking for experienced, creative kitchen professionals who want a more flexible schedule, a fun work environment, and the chance to help people reach their goals — whether that’s weight loss, bodybuilding prep, or simply staying fueled during a busy week.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and cook fresh meals from scratch (with a few exceptions)

  • Follow Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) food safety and manufacturing requirements

  • Work in commissary kitchens across the Twin Cities metro

  • Produce meals for both à la carte and pre‑order customers

  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment

  • Uphold strict temperature control, sanitation, and production standards

  • Bring creativity, urgency, and professionalism to every shift


REQUIREMENTS
  • 4–5+ years of kitchen experience
  • ServSafe Manager certification is a plus (not required)
