Job description

Security Supervisor

Assist with planning and organizing daily operations, including scheduling daily assignments and vacations.

Train associates on established methods and procedures.

Assure adherence to all safety policies and procedures in assigned area and report any safety hazards.

Make recommendations that will contribute to improved job performance and development.

Maintain security equipment.

Review reports.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least one year of security experience is required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Excellent guest service skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Outstanding work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Sound judgement is essential.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
