This is not an entry-level posting. We are not looking for someone to train from scratch.
We need a proven furniture sales professional to join one of the strongest sales floors in the Phoenix metro. Our Indian School showroom runs a tight, high-performing team where the standard is excellence — our current sales professionals consistently earn $90,000 and above. We need a fourth person who belongs in that conversation.
If you already know how to close, how to build rapport in English and Spanish, and how to turn a floor walk-in into a loyal customer — read on.
What You'll Earn:

  •  $70,000–$110,000+ per year based on performance
  • Commission-based with a guaranteed weekly draw — the more you sell, the more you make, no ceiling
  • Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Time
  • Generous Employee Discount
What the Indian School Showroom Is:

  • A high-volume, high-performing location in west Phoenix
  • A bilingual sales floor serving a loyal, predominantly Spanish-speaking customer base
  • A team of seasoned professionals who compete hard and respect each other
  • A locally owned business where decisions get made fast and performance gets rewarded
What You Will Do:

  • Work the floor and own your customer relationships from greeting to close
  • Sell furniture, mattresses, and financing solutions to a diverse customer base
  • Build repeat business and referrals through trust and follow-through
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
  • Contribute to a team culture of high performance and accountability
What We Need From You:

  • Proven furniture sales experience — mattress, flooring, or big-ticket retail also considered
  • Fluent bilingual English and Spanish — this is a requirement for this location, not a preference
  • Track record of consistent $70,000+ annual earnings in a commission environment
  • Strong floor presence and natural ability to connect with customers
  • No ego that gets in the way of teaming — we win together here

Our Core Values — We Live These Every Day

We hire, coach, and evaluate our entire team against six core values:
  • Integrity — Do the right thing, always. Open and honest communication builds trust.
  • Teaming — Set aside ego for the good of the team. Lift others up.
  • Excellence — Be your best, every day. Our customers come back because of it.
  • Kaizen — Never stop improving. Small steady improvements create big results.
  • Perseverance — Finish what you start, even when it's hard.
  • Awesomeness — Enjoy your work and make it enjoyable for others. It's our culture.
If you are already performing at a high level and want to be surrounded by people who do the same — you will fit right in.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our West Phoenix location — 8210 W Indian School Rd Phoenix AZ 85033
