Collision Estimator

Kaizen Collision Center โ€“ Sun City, Arizona
Full-Time

At Kaizen Collision Center, we believe collision repair should be done the right way โ€” with strong communication, quality repairs, and a team that works together to keep production moving.

Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who knows how to write accurate estimates, communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers, and help create a smooth repair process from start to finish.

If you take pride in writing complete sheets, catching damage early, and keeping jobs organized, this could be a strong fit.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Write complete and accurate repair estimates
  • Handle supplements and insurance communication
  • Work closely with technicians and production staff
  • Keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop
  • Deliver a strong customer experience through clear communication
  • Help maintain repair quality and OEM repair standards
What Youโ€™re Walking Into
  • Steady repair volume from Sun City, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, El Mirage, Sun City West, and the surrounding West Valley
  • Consistent workflow from commuter traffic, retiree communities, insurance claims, and daily Phoenix metro driving
  • A production-focused environment with established processes already in place
  • Leadership that supports teamwork, accountability, and customer service
  • A company that continues to grow across Arizona and multiple states
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Collision estimating experience required
  • Experience working with insurance carriers and supplements
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone dependable who takes ownership of their work

Experience with DRP programs is a plus.

Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and production
  • Consistent workload and repair volume
  • Health Coverage (Curative)
    • $0 deductible
    • $0 in-network copays after baseline visit
    • First Health Network access
    • Preloaded card for approved out-of-network care
    • You pay the monthly premium โ€” no surprises
Additional Benefits
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO + paid holidays
  • Paid training & certifications
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Stable work environment with consistent workflow
Why Kaizen

Kaizen Collision Center continues to grow because we focus on doing repairs the right way while supporting our teams with the tools, processes, and leadership they need to succeed.

We follow OEM Certified Repair Procedures, prioritize quality repairs, and work hard to create an environment where employees can build long-term careers โ€” not just hold a job.
