Job Title: New-vehicle Sales Manager

Department: Sales Department

Reports To: General Manager

Fast growing family-owned import dealerships in Metro Jacksonville is currently hiring.

Overview:

Butler Toyota Jacksonville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Car Manager to join our team. As a New Car Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our new car department to meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the inventory is properly managed and marketed.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new car sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Manage the new car inventory to ensure that it is properly stocked, maintained, and merchandised to attract buyers.
  • Ensure that all new cars are inspected and priced competitively to maximize sales and profits.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all new car sales, inventory, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to stay up to date on industry developments and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a New Car Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
  • Proficiency in using dealership software and technology.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
