is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team in Ely, Nevada.

Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting high-quality products from harvest through shipment.
About Us
Location: This is a full-time, onsite position at our farm in Ely, Nevada. 
Schedule: Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with occasional holidays/weekends as needed.

What Youโ€™ll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you will:
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across plants in process, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reconciliations to maintain greater than 99% inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with Nevada cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
  • Document and track product flow in METRC, Distru, and internal systems.
  • Support order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping processes with precision.
  • Collaborate with sales, compliance, and production teams to ensure product availability.
  • Keep inventory โ€œaudit-readyโ€ at all times while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Work in various greenhouse departments and additional projects as needed. 
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Must be at least 21 and pass a criminal background check to obtain a Nevada Cannabis Agent Card.
  • 1+ years of experience in admin, inventory, logistics, data entry, or supply chain (cannabis experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with inventory software; METRC experience highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team operations.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a greenhouse environment.
  • Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movements
  • Manual Dexterity: Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of a greenhouse environment.
  • Allergens and Airborne Irritants: Regular exposure to cannabis plant material, pollen, dust, soil or growing media, mold spores, and other agricultural allergens or airborne irritants. Employees may also work around fertilizers, pesticides, cleaning products, and other workplace chemicals.
  • Safety and PPE: Ability to follow all safety protocols and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and respiratory protection.

  • Indoor production/warehouse setting
  • Allergens include:
    • Cannabis Plant Material & Derivatives: Which may cause allergic reactions such as skin irritation, respiratory symptoms, or eye irritation
    • Dust & Particulate Matter: Exposure to plant dust, airborne particles, and packaging materials during handling and fulfillment processes
    • Packaging Materials: Contact with plastics, adhesives, inks, and labeling materials that may cause sensitivities in some individuals
    • Cleaning & Sanitation Agents
  • GMP-aligned environment requiring cleanliness and organization
  • Moderate noise levels and production-driven pace
  • PPE may be required depending on task
