High-paying security roles, such as executive or event security, may also reach this level with experience and certifications, but typically require relevant training and licensing. These skills and qualifications are crucial to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and performers during large-scale events.

Team members must remain vigilant for prohibited items and suspicious behavior while providing customer service to attendees. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, security staff collaborate closely with law enforcement, event organizers, and medical teams to maintain a safe atmosphere for everyone.

Is it hard to get a job at MetLife?

MetLife Stadium security jobs typically require a background check, security training, and sometimes a valid security license.
