Job description

Indotronix is seeking an :Industrial Engineer / Methods Process Analyst Level 1
Location :Everett, WA or Renton or Seattle or Auburn or Puyallup, Washington
Bachelor's any
Shift:First
Start Time:7:00 AM
End Time: 3:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?:No

Position Description:

  • Analyzing performance to daily schedules or orders.

  • Learning the production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.

  • Reducing or eliminating safety and ergonomic issues.

  • Identifying quality defect trends through root cause analysis and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects.

  • Providing recommendations on process improvements that reduce non-value-added work and improve cost and flow.

  • Building disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to return to baseline plans while mitigating impacts to downstream work statements and major milestones.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.

  • Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.

  • 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

  • 1+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.

  • Experience developing and deploying standard processes.

  • Proficient in structured problem solving.

Education / Experience

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
